Midway Point Strategy

Leakage from Midway Point Sludge lagoon has been identified as an issue as groundwater monitoring has shown elevated levels of Ammonia, Nitrogen and Phosphorus.

A business case has been approved for relining the lagoon with a synthetic liner which is the most cost-effective solution given the expected life of the plant. Included in this work is modifying infrastructure to will improve plant operations.
